A Sample Day at the School of Dance
A typical schedule may look like the following:
Time | Activity Description |

7:15am | Wake up and grab breakfast at Skidmore College |
8:00am | After breakfast catch the bus to the National Museum of Dance |
9:00am | Technique class |
10:30am | Repertory class in smaller groups |
12:00am | Catch the bus to Skidmore for lunch and get ready for the afternoon |
1:30-5:00pm | Afternoon Classes change daily and may include: Repertory, Body Conditioning, Composition, Dance History Lectures. |
5:00-7:00pm | Head back to Skidmore and grab dinner in the Dining Hall and enjoy some free time (rest, stretch and do laundry!) |
7:00pm | After dinner, depending on the evening, students will participate in a full recreational program (may include activities such as a trip into Saratgoa Springs, Health and Wellness Nights, Bowling Night, Spa Night, Movie Night, Show and Tell, Talent Shows) where appropriate students will attend select performances at SPAC. |
